Every morning for the past week I have been making a smoothie for breakfast.
I don’t like breakfast food anyway.
This is really good and good for you.
Here is the recipe
2 c fresh spinach
1 scoup vanilla protein powder
1 c frozen strawberries
1 c orange juice
2-4 T fat free half and half
Blend together in the blender until it is all liquid.
Now you can change this recipe to suit your own taste.
The last couple of days I have been adding a banana to my smoothie.
My husband wants me to try pineapple in his next time.
This is what it looks like after you get it in the blender.
Now it is all liquidfied.
